Class of 1992

 

#12 – Jacob Ransom – 2 yr. letterman – only returning letterman from 1991 playoff team – avg. 14.5 ppg as a senior from the point guard position – very good overall skills and an excellent defender.

#14 – Jason Bean – 1 yr. letterman – exceptional defensive player known for his tenacity and toughness – avg. 8.1 ppg as a senior – served in the United States Marine Corps after high school – set many base records for endurance.

Class of 1993

#21 – Jason Bills – 2 yr. letterman – very solid overall player with a good overall skill set and very few weaknesses – could do a little bit of everything – rebounded well from the guard position and a very solid defender – avg. 8.1 ppg as a senior.

#40 – Ben Carr – 2 yr. letterman – only player on the 1992 team over 6 ft. tall (6’4”) – very good shooting touch with 3 pt. range and good post moves – constantly had to battle through dealing with asthma – avg 12.8 ppg as a senior – later played Division III basketball.

#42 – Brian Owens – 1 yr. letterman – excellent athlete with very good speed, strength, and jumping ability – exceptional offensive rebounder because of his competitive desire to pursue the ball – known for playing with reckless abandon in the paint – not much finesse just pure power – avg. 9.4 ppg as a senior.

Class of 1994

 #23 – Jacob Perry – 3 yr. letterman – explosive athlete with the ability to score points in bunches – very versatile offensive player who could attack the basket with reckless aggression and also hit the 3 pt. shot – excellent defender – known for his exceptional leaping ability and strong left handed drives to the basket.

#24 – Jeff Hale – 3 yr. letterman – tremendous competitor – excellent marksman from the 3 pt. line as well as the free throw line – played with great intensity and desire on defense – great knack for taking charges.

#35 – Jeb Smith – 3 yr. letterman – tremendous competitor with great feel for the game – at 5’11” played was able to dominate the paint against much larger players – had a full variety of post moves with a soft touch – uncanny knack for rebounding – great timing with exceptional hands – known for his toughness – won MVP of the Spring Hill tournament while playing on a severely sprained ankle – tough as nails with a tremendous desire to win.

#40 – Jeremy Blankenship – 1 yr. letterman – moved in as senior and added depth at the guard position – very fundamental player with an excellent shooting touch – good solid overall player.

 

Class of 1995

#14 – Forrest Hohrine – 1 yr. letterman – solid role player who provided depth at the guard position – excellent 3 pt. shooter who could provide an offensive spark at any time.

#22 – Billy Terry – 2 yr. letterman – tremendous competitor – played as a guard until his junior year then became a warrior in the paint when he grew to 6’3” – played with tremendous effort on the front of the press – played with a lot of tenacity and determination around the basket even though he was slight in build – avg. 15.2 ppg as a senior.

#24 – Brett McKinney – 1 yr. letterman – undersized post played known for his competitiveness – excellent defender with very good speed, strength, and quickness.

#35 – Josh Wilcox – 2 yr. letterman – good athlete with a good mid-range shooting touch – very adept at taking charges – died in a car accident in 2008.

 

Class of 1996

#00 – Justin Harris – 2 yr. letterman – pound for pound one of the toughest kids to play at White Oak in the past 20 years – slight in stature but quick as a cat with and without the ball – tremendous competitor who played very unselfishly – impossible to press – a one man press break – loved to see other players score – impressive lateral quickness which made for a defensive stopper – would do whatever it took to win – deceased in 2006

#10 – Matt Clinnard – 1 yr. letterman – excellent role player who provided depth at the guard position – known for his quick release and dead eye marksmanship from 3 pt. range.

#21 – Michael Putnam – excellent athlete that could shoot the lights out in a heartbeat – made 98 three point baskets as a senior – could run all day.

#23 – Clint Noll – 4 yr. letterman – baptized by fire as a freshman point guard – proved to be one of the most prolific scorers from the guard position in White Oak history – well rounded offensive player who could attack the basket or shoot the 3 pt. shot – avg. 17.2 ppg as a senior.

#25 – Matt Maines – 3 yr. letterman – very intelligent player who made very few mistakes and played his role exceptionally well – good midrange shooter with excellent offensive and defensive fundamentals – great work ethic – always played consistent and did what the team needed him to do.

#35 – Clay McBride –  1 yr letterman – good role player could play inside or outside – possessed good overall skills – known for his outgoing personality and spunk.

Class of 1997

#20 – Seth Muse – 3 yr. letterman – exceptional offensive player with all of the skills – only player in the last 20 years to score over 500 points in a season – flawless jump shot with exceptional range – avg. 19.7 ppg as a senior despite being guarded by the other team’s top defender each night.

#21 – Richey Martin – 1 yr. letterman – great example of having a tremendous desire to play – put in endless hours to make himself a contributor his senior year – known as “Visa” for his knack for taking charges.

#24 – Aric Dostal – 1 yr. letterman – great example of perseverance – as a freshman he barely made it through off-season, constantly having to do makeup laps but refusing to quit – spent endless hours working on his game and earned 2nd Team All-District honors as a senior – solid offensive player but excelled on the defensive end of the court – avg. 7.4 ppg as a senior – served in Iraq while in the military.

Class of 1998

 #12 – Wes Breitenberg – 1 yr. letterman – great team player who provided depth at the guard position – known for his feisty demeanor on defense – very intelligent player.

#15 – Trent Clinnard – 2 yr. letterman – good athlete with a solid overall game – very intelligent player who made few mistakes – senior season was hampered by injuries.

#40 – Clint Bolton – 1 yr. letterman – very intelligent player that made few mistakes – played with a tremendous amount of courage to overcome consistent shoulder injuries – famous for kissing the track after his last mile run in off-season – later competed in triathlons.

#20 – Peter Molina – 2 yr. letterman – tremendous worker who made himself into a solid player – good ball handling skills and excelled on defense – came out late to offseason as a sophomore and had to make up over 50 mavericks to rejoin the program – tremendous character and team player.

#21 – Tim Warnell – 1 yr. letterman – one of the most respected players on his team for his determination – great role player with a tremendous amount of loyalty to the team.

 

Class of 1999

#15 – Zac Wright – 1 yr. letterman – very loyal role player on a talented team – provided depth at the guard position – known for his excellent 3pt. shooting.

#21 – Matt Douglas – 3 yr. letterman – exceptionally talented athlete – great quickness, jumping ability, and world-class speed – very explosive with the ball – great character and servant to others.

#22 – Cody Terry – 3 yr. letterman – tremendous competitor who played with reckless abandon – known for flailing his body all over the court in pursuit of the ball – very versatile offensive player with a knack for scoring – highly decorated for his accomplishments on and off the court – one of the leading scorers in the history of White Oak basketball.

#23 – Adam Spencer – 3 yr. letterman – excellent all around player with no weaknesses in his game – well rounded offensive player who could score in a variety of ways – tremendous defender – very intelligent player.

#24 – Brett Cloud – 2 yr. letterman – very solid overall player who progressed into a defensive stopper his senior year – very good 3 pt. shooter and provided rebounding from the guard position – a fiery competitor despite his calm demeanor.

#25 – Trey Barbee – 2 yr. letterman – exceptional athlete with good overall size and skills – solid perimeter shooter who could also attack the basket – above average defender with a great knack for playing the passing lanes – made a lot of plays.

#35 – Ryan Johnson – 3 yr. letterman – a very tough matchup because of his size and skill level – good stroke from the 3 pt. line who could score in bunches – made seven 3 pt. shots in district championship game against Tatum – fierce competitor on the boards.  

Class of 2000

#00 – Conner Wilson – 2 yr. letterman – one of the best point guards to play at White Oak – outstanding vision – known for his great passing instincts and deadeye shooting skills – great leader with high degree of mental and physical toughness – the bigger the game, the better he played – great teammate with unquestionable character – coached for 1 year at White Oak – killed in a work related accident on August 12, 2014.

#10 – Ryan Wilborn – 3 yr. letterman – great strength, lateral quickness, and intelligence – premier lockdown defender – capable of taking the opponent’s best offensive player out of the game – the bigger the game, the better he played – solid perimeter shooter from mid-range and 3 pt. line – great teammate.

#11 – Justin Hale – 3 yr. letterman – great hand-eye coordination and touch – tremendous hands – very intelligent player who led and played with great emotion – type of player that everyone loved to play with and made his teammates better – excellent perimeter shooter with a knack for making the big shot – never scared of the moment, always looked to deliver the knockout punch – great teammate.

#21 – Paul Molina – 1 yr. letterman – a model of consistency and versatility – could play any position on the floor – very unselfish player with a well rounded offensive game and an excellent defender – played perfectly in the 6th man role – great teammate.

#40 – David Mitchell – 2 yr. letterman – maximized his ability – a self made player who perfected every part of his game – the prime example of the “I Believe” mentality – went from a “B” team player in Junior High to an All-State player as a senior – a model for success – tremendous footwork in the paint and automatic mid range jump shooter – lethal with either hand in the lane – technician on defense and offense who made very few mistakes – tremendous competitor and a great teammate.

Class of 2001

#23 – Noah Drennan – 2 yr. letterman – outstanding shooter with 3 pt. range – developed into a well rounded offensive player – very solid overall player.

#24 – Rocky Shields – 2 yr. letterman – good athlete with very good lateral quickness – excellent defender who developed into a very solid offensive player – great character and work ethic who was determined to be successful.

#25 – Tige Maxwell – 1yr. letterman – developed into a solid player as a senior – tremendous leaping ability – played with a tremendous amount of heart and was a warrior in the paint – mastered the jump hook with either hand and a consistent mid-range shooter.

#42 – Hunter Taylor – 2 yr. letterman – great competitor with a tremendous amount of courage and will to compete – great character and intelligence – a technician on offense who could score in a variety of ways – great range on jump shot – Mr. Fundamental on offense and defense – excellent all around player – great love for the game.

Class of 2002

#00 – Jace Allen – 2 yr. letterman – excellent shooter with above average range – very sound overall offensive fundamentals – exceptional character and work ethic.

#21 – Tyler Terry – 2 yr. letterman – tremendous competitor with an incredible will to win – well rounded offensive player who played bigger than his 5’10” height – always had a knack for making the big shot – great character and intelligence.

#35 – Adam Bodovsky – 3 yr. letterman – great leaper – excelled at running the court – very versatile offensive player who could score in a variety of ways – mastered the jump hook with either hand.

 

Class of 2003

 #00 – Joey Bohn – 1 yr. letterman – hard nosed competitor – played with a high level of toughness – very good on the ball defender and an excellent 3 pt. shooter – very unselfish teammate who always put the team first.

#11 – Wes McElhany – 1 yr. letterman – tremendous teammate with unquestioned loyalty to the team and the program – outstanding work ethic and character – very intelligent player – showed tremendous improvement from freshman to senior year – received the coach’s award for Attitude & Effort – excellent teammate.

#12 – Gid Rash – 1 yr. letterman – tremendous teammate with unquestioned loyalty to the team and program – great inspiration to his teammates –  would throw his body around with reckless abandon but always get right back up – received coach’s award for Attitude & Effort.

#14 – Clay Copeland – 3 yr. letterman – great athlete who possessed exceptional speed and quickness – fiery competitor who played with an extremely high will to win – very good offensive skills but excelled on the defensive end of the court – lockdown defender – extremely intelligent and a great teammate.

#21 – Barrett Abernethy – 1 yr. letterman – moved to White Oak his senior year – excellent overall guard skills specializing in long range perimeter shooting – very intelligent with great character –  well respected by his teammates – known for his “singing” skills on the way back from road games.

#24 – Obie Baker – 2 yr. letterman – hard nosed competitor who made himself into a well rounded offensive player and a tenacious defender – great character and work ethic – excelled at attacking the basket – great teammate.

 

Class of 2004

 #00 – Justin Vaughn – 1 yr. letterman – very good role player and teammate – provided depth for a very talented team his senior year.

#10 – Andy Breitenberg – 2 yr. letterman – scrappy defensive player and exceptional 3 pt. shooter – good all around skills and a great teammate – emotional leader.

#15 – Mark Rayson – 3 yr. letterman – explosive athlete who excelled on the offensive boards – uncanny knack for obtaining rebounding position coupled with great hands – very solid around the basket and off the dribble – also very adept at playing the front of the press and taking charges – great personality.

#20 – Jerod Haygood – 3 yr. letterman – actually played in bi-district playoffs as a freshman – very courageous player who battled back from injuries throughout his career – played with great intensity and emotion – very aggressive rebounded and ran the court well – deadly turn around jump shot in the paint – great character and a superb leader.

#22 – Dereck Yagle – 3 yr. letteman – extremely talented athlete who played with a lot of flair – possessed good speed and quickness along with having quick hands and long arms – exceptional ball handling skills – made a living attacking the basket and being a strong finisher in the paint – Always had a knack for making big plays – very well rounded player who finished in the top 3 of most statistical categories his senior year.

#23 – Earnest Sanders – 2 yr. letterman – great competitor – played with a great understanding of the game and what it took to win – made the players around him better – very good defensive player with solid offensive skills – very quick hands with a knack for stealing the ball – great personality who was never at a loss for words.

#25 – Chase Pullen – 3 yr. letterman – playmaker on offense as well as defense- deceiving quickness and speed along with an excellent vertical jump – had the ability to stop on a dime and change direction effortlessly – lockdown defender who also had a great knack for stealing the ball – exceptional ball handling skills and a very reliable perimeter shooter – attacked basket well and could finish with either hand – could play point guard or shooting guard – great teammate.

#34 – Dusty Evers – 3 yr letterman – very versatile big man whose work ethic was second to none – gym rat who loves to play the game – was big enough to be a force inside but also possesses the skills to play on the perimeter – very well rounded offensive player – very tough player – now entering his senior season at LeTourneau University and has helped bring their basketball program to a competitive level.

Class of 2005

 #00 – Cole Allen – 1 yr. letterman – well rounded offensive player who provided depth at the guard position – excellent shooter – very intelligent and possessed great character.

#14 – Chris Carr – 1 yr. letterman – feisty competitor known for his 3 pt. shooting – great love for the game – emotional leader who made the most of his talent – great character.

#21 – Ross Kilpatrick – 2 yr. letterman – enrolled in White Oak as a junior and was the only underclassmen on 2004 team – tenacious rebounded especially on the offensive end – good overall skills and a solid leader his senior year.

Class of 2006

 #10 – Cory Dickerson – 2 yr. letterman – explosive athlete with good quickness, speed, and strength – very solid defensive player and an explosive offensive player – possessed excellent shooting range and attacked the basket relentlessly – playmaker on offense and defense – knack for making the big shot.

#23 – Griffin Hawthorne – 2 yr. letterman – very consistent player who made few mistakes –  great work ethic allowed him to become a very versatile player – could score in the paint or from the perimeter – very tough matchup because of his offensive skills – learned to attack the ball off the defensive backboard – great character and leader by example.

#35 – Eric Wait – 2 yr. letterman – very gifted student and athlete – great character – well rounded offensive player who provided an inside presence on a guard dominated team – ran the court exceptionally well – great hands – very intelligent and good feel for the game.

Class of 2007

 #11 – Blake King – 3 yr. letterman – the ultimate competitor and team player – a will to win equaled by very few players – fought back from devastating leg injury as a freshman – extremely courageous – explosive athlete with great strength and leaping ability – pass first, shoot second type of point guard who could thread the needle with a pass or slice up the defense attacking the basket – lockdown defender who made very few mistakes on defense – rebounded exceptionally well from the guard position – made very few mistakes on offense and was highly respected by his teammates – exceptional work ethic.

#12 – Colby Carr – 3 yr. letterman – superior competitor with a tremendous drive to win – good strength, quickness, and jumping ability – very explosive scorer from the perimeter and off the dribble – exceptional on the ball defender –  great knowledge of the game – made very few mistakes on offense or defense – excellent character.

#14 – Seth Alston – 1 yr. letterman – very tough to defend because of his ability to run the court – worked hard to become a well rounded offensive player his senior year – solid defensive player.

#15 – Clay Craven – 2 yr. letterman – explosive athletic ability with great strength, quickness, and leaping ability – very solid on the ball defender and a solid skill set from the guard position.

#21 – Wade Goldberg – 1 yr. letterman – moved to White Oak as a senior – provided depth at the post position – very good mid range jump shooter – developed into a solid role player.

#22 – Cody Nolan – 3 yr. letterman – solid all around player who made very few mistakes – consistent mid range shooter and solid inside player despite normally playing against taller players – good understanding of the game.

#25 – Brian Massey – 2 yr. letterman – solid all around guard with the ability to shoot the 3 pt. shot – solid defender who made very few mistakes – rebounded well from the guard position – very intelligent player with great character.

#34 – Clint Adkins – 2 yr. letterman – a late bloomer who developed into a solid overall  player as a senior – worked hard to develop his post skills and perimeter shooter – excellent post defender and a solid perimeter defender – played with a lot of intensity and emotion developing into a leader his senior season.

 

Class of 2008

#12 – Mitchell Skeen – 2 yr. letterman – very unselfish player who always put the team first – tremendous character – highly respected by his teammates for his character and work ethic – developed exceptional ball handling skills – solid on the ball defender – would do whatever he needed to do for the team to succeed – selected for the coach’s Attitude & Effort award.

#23 – Carl Corman – 2 yr. letterman – the tallest player in the history of White Oak basketball at 6’10” – incredible shot blocker with great timing and the ability to keep the ball in play – an intimidator on the defensive end of the court – good skill set on offense with a nice shooting touch from the 3 pt. line.

#25 – Perry Conner – 1 yr. letterman – played with a tremendous amount of effort and intensity – worked hard to increase his strength and his skills – developed a very versatile low post game and attacked the basket with power and authority – great emotional leader.

Class of 2009

 #00 – Blake Ware – 2 yr. letterman – excellent athlete who played with tremendous passion – great competitor – very versatile offensive player capable of playing 4 positions – scored 31 points in a district game at Harmony – lock down on the ball defender.

#10 – Trevor Coppedge – 2 yr. letterman – missed entire season due to a neck injury suffered during the summer – great example to his teammates on coping with adversity – respected by all his teammates and coaches for his dedication and encouragement to the team throughout the season – spent many hours working with underclassmen during practice to improve their skills.

#21 – Trevor Wait – 2 yr. letterman – intense competitor – extremely dedicated player who was respected by his teammates for his incredible work ethic – played with great effort – 4 dimensional offensive player with a knack for getting to the basket –  could play any position on the court offensively or defensively.

#42 – Joseph Young – 2 yr. letterman – selected as team captain – great encourager who was respected by his teammates for his team-first mentality – highly skilled low post player with a variety of post moves – lethal in the lane with either hand – very versatile defender  who could defend the perimeter or post.

Class of 2010

 #11 – Jackson McCurdy – 3 yr. letterman – selected as team captain – only returning senior from 2008-09 season – one of the most highly decorated multi-sport athletes in the history of White Oak – tremendous competitor with great stamina – graduated as the 2nd leading scorer since 1992 and the all-time leader in charges taken – very versatile defender who could defend the perimeter or post.

#21 – Michael Maynard – 1 yr. letterman – excellent role player and teammate – great encourager who played whatever role was needed throughout the program – highly respected by his teammates for his team-first mentality.

 

Class of 2011

#11 – John McElhany – 2 yr. letterman – known for his outstanding shooting stroke – won the 3 pt. contest in the Dan Noll Christmas Classic as a junior – great teammate who really blossomed during his senior year.

#12 – J.D. Richardson – 3 yr. letterman – team captain – very versatile big man with a smooth shooting stroke from the 3 pt. line – very solid defensive rebounder and post defender – great knowledge of the game.

#15 – Connor Sharp – 4 yr .letterman – only player to be selected as team captain for 2 years – 4 year starter who graduated as the all time leader in assists and steals since 1992 – one of the most successful multi-sport careers in White Oak history since the 1970’s – excellent ball handler with exceptional shooting skills – solid on the ball defender – great knowledge of the game.

#20 –Taylor Lacy – 1 yr. letterman – put together a solid senior season through great work ethic and determination – proved to be a solid role player who could play multiple positions – very  solid ball handler with a good shooting stroke – solid overall athlete.

#25 – Taylor Goll – 3 yr. letterman – team captain – very talented post player with a great touch around the basket – very versatile in the post with the ability to use either hand and a variety of post moves – extremely active rebounder who played bigger than his 6’3” frame – great hands and the ability to rebound outside of his area.

 

Class of 2012

 #00 – Jerred Whisenhunt – 2 yr. letterman – team captain – very versatile offensive player who could play inside or outside – excellent post moves – very capable mid-range and 3 pt. shooter – 6’3” frame allowed him to post up smaller defenders but also capable of making bigger defenders guard on the perimeter – exceptional offensive rebounder who pursued the ball relentlessly – great hands in traffic and rebounded outside of his area – great knack for taking chargers – solid perimeter and post defender – excellent teammate and leader.

#12 – Chadd Johnston – 1 yr. letterman –  extremely tough player – very quick – excellent on the ball defender because of his combination of quickness and toughness – tough competitor who set the tone for our defense – very solid offensive player – very good 3 pt. shooter with quick release – respected by his teammates for his unselfishness and toughness – great teammate.

#23 – Ian Story – 2 yr. letterman – team captain – 4 position offensive player – tremendous competitor – emotional leader – most versatile player on team – great intelligence and knowledge of the game – solid overall skills – respected for his toughness, competitiveness, and whatever-it-takes-to-win mentality – great defender who could defend any position on the floor – exceptional teammate who played bigger than his box score.

#24 – Caleb Carr – 4 yr. letterman – team captain – only the third 4 yr. letterman since 1992 – one of the most decorated players in the history of White Oak basketball – holds the school record for single season and career scoring – extremely dedicated to making himself the best player he could be – highly skilled in all phases of the game – tremendous competitor who was known for his ability to close out games – highly respected for his commitment to excellence – great teammate with a tremendous will to win.

 

Class of 2013

#11 – Skylar Sutton – 2 yr. letterman – team captain –  4 dimensional scorer who was mainly known for his lethal 3 pt. shooting – excellent ball handler with exceptional passing instincts and overall feel for the game – exceptional free throw shooter – lockdown perimeter defender on the opposing teams best wing player – played major role on 2 state championship teams.

#14 – Kris Anderson – 4 yr. letterman – team captain – one of only four 4 year letterman in the past 22 years of White Oak basketball – exceptional speed, quickness, balance, stamina, and brakes – tremendous ball handling skills and passing instincts – solid mid range shooter and an uncanny ability to finish in traffic around the basket – exceptional on the ball defender who could play position defense or steal the ball – spearheaded the pressure defense of the top defensive team in Class 2A for two years – tremendous competitor and knack for playing his best when his best was needed – played a major role on 2 state championship teams –  loves the game of basketball.

#35 – Levi Yancy – 3 yr. letterman – team captain – emotional leader of the team during his senior year – excellent speed, timing, and hands – exceptional skill set for a 6’7” player – excellent ball handler with the passing instincts of a point guard – extremely versatile around the basket with the ability to finish with either hand – capable of guarding any position on the court – owned the paint on the defensive end of the court – tremendous defensive rebounder – Class 2A State Player of the Year and nominee for Texas State Mr. Basketball award – great teammate.

Class of 2014

#00 – Preston Templeman – 1 yr. letterman – moved to White Oak during junior year – good athlete that could run and jump – played with great intensity – good 3 pt. shooter – great teammate who did anything that he was asked to do to help the team – great work ethic.

#10 – Slade Sutton – 2 yr. letterman – team captain –  good athlete with excellent jumping ability – solid overall offensive player but mainly known for his lethal perimeter shooter and extended range –  very competitive – solid defender and excellent rebounder for his size – played major role on 2012-13 State Championship team.

#14 – Dylan Gale – 2 yr. letterman – excellent athlete with good speed and superior quickness – exceptional on the ball defender – great understanding of offensive and defensive concepts – excellent communicator – letterman on 2012-13 State Championship team.

#15 – Josh Benson – 3 yr. letterman – team captain – extremely versatile offensive and defensive player – played all 5 offensive positions during his 3 years on varsity – great intelligence and understanding of the game –  4 dimensional scorer who was a matchup nightmare – perfected a crafty array of post moves while also possessing the ability to either stretch the defense with the 3 pt. shot or attack the basket – fiery competitor who played with passion – was lost for the year after 4 district games during his senior season due to shoulder surgery – played valuable minutes off the bench as a sophomore for 2011-12 State Championship team – played primary role as a junior for the 2012-13 State Championship team.

#21 – Cass Carr – 2 yr. letterman – extremely tough competitor – made up for a lack of size with toughness – worked very hard to improve his athleticism through strength and speed training – natural shooting guard who moved to the point guard position his senior year – very good 3 pt. shooter and solid ball handler who used his body well – solid on the ball defender  – played valuable minutes off the bench for 2012-13 State Championship team.

#25 – Hayden Nichols – 3 yr. letterman – team captain – great hands and lateral movement for a 6’4” player – extremely versatile offensive and defensive player – 4 dimensional scorer with a picture perfect jump shot and great touch – powerful presence in the post who could score with either hand around the basket –  could attack the basket from the perimeter, pull up for the mid-range jumper, or drain the 3 pt. shot – capable of guarding post and perimeter players along with being an exceptional rebounder on both ends of the court – contributed off the bench for 2011-12 State Championship team – played major role for 2012-13 State Championship team – was selected to 2012-13 All-State Tournament team.

#32 – Gabe Michael – 2 yr. letterman – team captain – vocal leader of team during senior year – highly respected by his teammates for his work ethic and leadership abilities – exceptional athlete with great speed and leaping ability – worked very hard to improve his basketball skills during his 4 years of high school – known for playing with tremendous effort and for his tenacity on the offensive boards – capable of out running bigger post players while possessing an array of most moves from the block – fiery competitor and great teammate – letterman on 2012-13 State Championship team.

#14 – Slaton Teague – 2 yr. letterman – team captain – emotional leader of team – always a strong encourager and a great teammate – excellent 3 point shooter – always played with tremendous effort and toughness – respected greatly by his teammates and coaches for the way he handled difficult circumstances.

#21 – Jake Pullen – 2 yr. letterman – team captain – took on major leadership role during senior season as only returning experienced player – set the example for competitiveness and fight on a very inexperienced team – tremendous defender with great versatility – capable of guarding positions 1-5 – great knack for taking charges – very versatile offensive player – capable 3 pt. shooter with solid ball skills and great passing instincts – blossomed into a very solid overall player his senior season.

#00 – Austin Iske – 2 yr. letterman – tough player – great teammate who brought a physical presence to the team – played with great effort – excellent rebounder for his size – versatile defender.

#15 – Dax Davis – 2 yr letterman – excellent speed, quickness, and leaping ability – explosive athlete – versatile offensive player who could shoot the 3 or attack the basket.

#23 – Landry Sheridan – 3 yr letterman – team captain – capable of playing all 5 offensive positions – very high basketball IQ – versatile defender who could guard perimeter and interior players – finished senior season in the top 2 of every statistical category.

#24 – Nike Simmons – 3 yr letterman – talented athlete – ranked 2nd All-Time in off-season strength/conditioning program – talented offensive player who could attack the basket, shoot the 3 pt. shot, or display a variety of post moves.

#35 – Jeremy Patak – extremely hard worker – great teammate – exceptional rebounder – solid scorer in the post.
